Shell rejects emissions target proposal

Royal Dutch Shell shareholders said on Tuesday that reject the proposal set by an environmental group, calling for the oil company to establish annual targets to reduce carbon emissions. 94 percent of the company's shareholders voted against, while roughly 5 percent of voters abstained.

Shell to bunker world’s first LNG Aframax oil tankers

SCF Group has signed an agreement with Shell for the supply of liquefied natural gas, to fuel the first Aframax crude oil tankers in the world to be powered by LNG. The signing of this agreement marks the fulfillment of an MOU signed between Shell and SCF in September 2015 to develop Marine LNG fuelling for large-capacity tankers.

Iran may award Kish contract to Shell

The National Iranian Oil Company announced that probably initiates negotiations with Shell, over the development of Kish gas field. The field is expected to produce about four million barrels of condensate, as well as nine billion cubic meters of natural gas once fully developed. The basic agreement involves also two other major Iranian oil projects.
