Transport Malta issues reminder on EU MRV

Transport Malta has issued a Merchant Shipping Notice in order to remind all those concerned that, by 31 August 2017, companies shall submit ship-specific monitoring plans for fuel consumption indicating the method chosen to monitor and report CO2 emissions and other relevant information for each of their ships covered by the EU MRV Regulation, to an accredited verifier for approval.
